The following terms apply specifically to Aurysia Terminal and any financial intelligence, market data, AI analytics, or research software provided as part of the Terminal product:
- —Software license only. Aurysia Terminal is a software product. You are licensing a financial intelligence and analytics terminal — not investment management, wealth management, portfolio management, brokerage, or advisory services.
- —No investment advice. Nothing provided through Aurysia Terminal — including AI-generated analysis, AI investor agents modeled after legendary investors, market commentary, quantitative metrics, alerts, or research outputs — constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. Outputs are for informational and educational purposes only.
- —AI agents are not advisors. AI agents modeled after investor personas (such as Buffett, Dalio, Graham) or institutional strategies are computational simulations for research purposes. They do not represent, endorse, or act on behalf of any real person or firm. Their outputs are not financial recommendations.
- —Market data accuracy. Market data displayed in Terminal is aggregated from third-party sources (Polygon, DBnomics, exchange APIs, public data providers). Aurysia Labs makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data. Real-time data may be delayed, and historical data may contain errors or gaps.
- —Client responsibility. You are solely responsible for all investment, trading, and financial decisions made using information obtained through Terminal. Aurysia Labs does not manage, hold, control, or have access to your trading accounts or funds.
- —Risk of loss. Trading financial instruments carries a high level of risk. Past performance, backtests, or AI-generated projections are not indicative of future results. You may sustain a loss of some or all of your invested capital. You should not trade or invest with money you cannot afford to lose.
- —Regulatory compliance. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Terminal complies with all applicable securities laws, regulations, and professional obligations in your jurisdiction. Terminal is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.
- —No liability for losses. Aurysia Labs accepts no liability for financial losses, missed opportunities, tax consequences, or damages of any kind arising from decisions made using Aurysia Terminal or any related software.
6. Algorithmic Trading Software (Aurysia Quant)
The following terms apply specifically to Aurysia Quant and any algorithmic trading, signal delivery, or automated execution software provided by Aurysia Labs:
- —Software license only. Aurysia Quant is a software product. You are licensing algorithmic trading software — not investment management, wealth management, portfolio management, or brokerage services.
- —No investment advice. Nothing provided through Aurysia Quant — including signals, alerts, analysis, or automated trade execution — constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.
- —Risk of loss. Trading foreign exchange, commodities, and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk. You may sustain a loss of some or all of your invested capital. Past performance of any algorithm, model, or strategy is not indicative of future results. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
- —Client responsibility. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions, whether executed manually based on signals or automatically through the software. Aurysia Labs does not manage, hold, control, or have access to your trading account or funds at any time.
- —No guaranteed returns. Aurysia Labs makes no representation, guarantee, or warranty regarding the profitability or performance of any algorithmic trading system.
- —Regulatory compliance. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of algorithmic trading software complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and broker terms in your jurisdiction.

7. Security Monitoring Software (Aurysia Shield)
The following terms apply specifically to Aurysia Shield and any security monitoring, threat detection, or compliance software provided by Aurysia Labs:
- —Software license only. Aurysia Shield is a security monitoring software product. You are licensing XDR/SIEM software — not a managed security service (MSSP), security operations center (SOC), or incident response retainer.
- —No guarantee of detection. While Shield employs thousands of detection rules and threat intelligence feeds, no security system can guarantee detection of all threats, vulnerabilities, or malicious activities. Aurysia Labs makes no representation that Shield will detect or prevent every security incident.
- —Client responsibility. You are solely responsible for acting on alerts, implementing remediation measures, and maintaining your overall security posture. Shield provides visibility and tooling — the decision to act on findings remains yours.
- —Agent deployment. Shield requires the installation of monitoring agents on your endpoints. You are responsible for ensuring that agent deployment complies with your organization's policies, applicable laws, and any employee notification requirements in your jurisdiction.
- —Data sensitivity. Shield collects and processes security telemetry including system logs, file integrity data, process information, network events, and vulnerability scan results. You are responsible for ensuring that monitored data is handled in accordance with your data governance policies and applicable privacy regulations.
- —Data retention. Security logs and alert data are retained according to your selected plan tier. Upon termination, indexed data is deleted within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulatory obligation.
- —No liability for breaches. Aurysia Labs accepts no liability for security breaches, data loss, unauthorized access, or damages of any kind that occur on your systems or infrastructure, whether or not Shield was deployed at the time of the incident.
- —Regulatory compliance. Shield provides tooling and reporting to assist with regulatory compliance (PCI DSS, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2). However, use of Shield does not guarantee compliance with any standard. You are responsible for ensuring your organization meets all applicable regulatory requirements.
8. Signal Intelligence & Wireless Monitoring Software (Sentinel SIGINT)
The following terms apply specifically to Sentinel SIGINT and any wireless OSINT, signal intelligence, or radio-frequency monitoring features provided as part of Aurysia Sentinel:
- —Passive monitoring only. Sentinel SIGINT operates exclusively in passive mode — it listens to publicly broadcast radio signals without transmitting, connecting to, probing, or interacting with any device or network. No active scanning, intrusion, or exploitation is performed by the software.
- —Legal compliance is your responsibility. Laws governing the interception, monitoring, and recording of radio-frequency signals vary significantly by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Sentinel SIGINT complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA), the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), FCC regulations, GDPR, and any equivalent laws in your jurisdiction.
- —No hacking or unauthorized access. Sentinel SIGINT is designed for lawful research, security auditing, and situational awareness. You may not use the software to gain unauthorized access to any network, device, or system, or to intercept private communications.
- —Third-party data sources. Sentinel SIGINT integrates with external services (Wigle.net, wpa-sec, OpenCellID, Shodan) using your own API keys. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service. Aurysia Labs is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or legality of data provided by third-party services.
- —Credential data. Wi-Fi credential information surfaced through wpa-sec is based on publicly available datasets and privacy-protecting k-Anonymity queries. Aurysia Labs does not crack, brute-force, or otherwise compromise any credentials. You may not use credential data to gain unauthorized access to any network.
- —No warranty of completeness. Signal detection depends on hardware capabilities, environmental conditions, and signal availability. Aurysia Labs makes no representation that SIGINT will detect all devices or signals in any given area.
- —No liability. Aurysia Labs accepts no liability for any legal consequences, damages, or losses arising from your use of Sentinel SIGINT, including but not limited to claims of unauthorized surveillance, privacy violations, or regulatory non-compliance.
9. Geospatial Intelligence Platform (Aurysia Sentinel)
The following terms apply specifically to Aurysia Sentinel and its associated capabilities — including the geospatial map, OSINT aggregation, synthetic aperture radar (SAR) ground-change detection, the AI Command Channel, Time Machine snapshot playback, and the InfoNet decentralized intelligence mesh with the Sovereign Shell governance economy. The terms in Section 8 (Sentinel SIGINT) apply additionally to the SIGINT module.
- —Software license only. Sentinel is a software product. You are licensing a geospatial intelligence and OSINT aggregation tool — not a managed intelligence service, classified-data provider, or government contractor relationship.
- —Public data aggregation. Sentinel aggregates and visualizes existing public datasets (ADS-B, AIS, CelesTrak, GDELT, NASA FIRMS/MODIS/OPERA, Copernicus EGMS, Alaska Satellite Facility, USGS, OpenAQ, Smithsonian GVP, NOAA, Global Fishing Watch, WRI, OpenSky, and others). Sentinel does not introduce new surveillance capabilities. Aurysia Labs makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any third-party data source.
- —Third-party data terms. SAR Ground-Change Detection (Mode B) requires a free NASA Earthdata account, and other features rely on third-party APIs (OpenSky, Shodan, Wigle.net, Discord, Telegram, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service. Aurysia Labs is not responsible for the availability, pricing, or policy decisions of any third-party data provider.
- —Operational use disclaimer. Sentinel is intended for research, situational awareness, and analysis. It is not a navigation system, air-traffic-control system, life-safety system, or operational targeting system. You may not use Sentinel as the sole or primary basis for decisions affecting human safety, military operations, or critical infrastructure.
- —AI Command Channel — agent actions are your actions. The AI Command Channel exposes a signed, tier-gated bridge that allows third-party AI agents (including but not limited to Claude, GPT, LangChain, OpenClaw, and any custom-built agent) to read data and take actions within Sentinel on your behalf. Aurysia Labs does not bundle, control, or vouch for any agent. You are solely responsible for: (i) the conduct, outputs, and actions of any agent you connect; (ii) the security of your HMAC-SHA256 secret and any access tokens; (iii) the access tier (restricted or full) you grant to your agents; and (iv) all consequences of agent-initiated actions, including but not limited to map pin placement, mesh message posting, alert delivery to Discord/Telegram, native layer injection, governance votes, petition filings, and stake placement.
- —No agent autonomy guarantee. AI agents may produce inaccurate, biased, hallucinated, or harmful outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any agent-generated intelligence, pin, alert, or action before relying on it. Aurysia Labs accepts no liability for damages arising from decisions made by, or actions taken by, AI agents connected to the channel.
- —InfoNet — experimental testnet, no privacy guarantee. InfoNet (including the Wormhole Mesh, Meshtastic/APRS radio integration, and Dead Drops) is currently an experimental testnet. Messages on InfoNet are obfuscated but are NOT end-to-end encrypted. The Mesh radio network (Meshtastic, APRS) is inherently public and unencrypted by the nature of radio transmission. Privacy primitive contracts (ring signatures, stealth addresses, Pedersen commitments, range proofs, anonymous citizenship proofs) are scaffolded but not yet wired. You should treat all InfoNet and mesh channels as fully public and open. Do not transmit any sensitive, confidential, classified, regulated, or personally identifying information.
- —Sovereign Shell — staking, bonded evidence, and risk of loss. The Sovereign Shell governance economy involves placing stakes and posting bonded evidence on Resolution & Dispute Markets, signing petitions, and voting on protocol upgrades. Stakes and bonds may be partially or fully forfeited based on market resolution outcomes, dispute resolution, or protocol enforcement. You may lose some or all of any value you stake or bond. Sovereign Shell is not a security, investment vehicle, deposit account, or regulated financial product, and it is not intended to be one. You participate at your own risk. Aurysia Labs does not custody, guarantee, or insure any stake, bond, or in-protocol balance.
- —Decentralization disclaimer. InfoNet and Sovereign Shell are designed as decentralized protocols. Aurysia Labs operates reference software but does not control the operation, governance outcomes, vote tallies, dispute resolutions, or upgrade activations of the network. Aurysia Labs has no obligation to roll back, censor, modify, refund, or compensate for the outcome of any vote, market, dispute, or governance action.
- —Time Machine — local storage. Time Machine snapshots are stored locally in your self-hosted backend. Aurysia Labs does not transmit, retain, or have access to your snapshot data. You are responsible for the security and retention of any snapshot you capture.
- —Regulatory compliance. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Sentinel — including SAR analysis, AI agent integration, mesh participation, and Sovereign Shell activity — complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction (including export control, sanctions, securities, telecommunications, and privacy laws).
- —No liability. Aurysia Labs accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sentinel or any of its modules, including but not limited to loss of stake, loss of mesh messages, AI agent actions, third-party data outages, or operational decisions made on the basis of Sentinel data.
10. AI Agent Firewall (Aurysia Warden)
The following terms apply specifically to Aurysia Warden and any agent-policy enforcement, proxy gateway, or AI guardrail software provided by Aurysia Labs:
- —Software license only. Warden is a software product. You are licensing a proxy gateway and policy enforcement engine — not a managed AI security service, agent operations center, or compliance attestation service.
- —No guarantee of agent containment. While Warden enforces spend limits, scope boundaries, data-loss-prevention rules, and human-in-the-loop approvals at the gateway level, no proxy can guarantee containment of all malicious, novel, or jailbroken agent behavior. AI agents may attempt to exfiltrate data, escalate scope, or behave unpredictably. Aurysia Labs makes no representation that Warden will prevent every undesired agent action.
- —Policy authoring is your responsibility. You are responsible for authoring, reviewing, and maintaining the policies enforced by Warden, including spend caps, allowed tools, scope boundaries, and approval workflows. Misconfigured policies may permit undesired agent behavior or block legitimate work.
- —Data inspection. Warden inspects requests and responses passing through the gateway in order to enforce policies. You are responsible for ensuring that any data inspected by Warden is handled in accordance with your data governance, privacy, and regulatory obligations.
- —Third-party tool calls. Warden mediates calls between AI agents and the tools they invoke. You are responsible for ensuring that the underlying tools, APIs, and services your agents reach comply with their respective terms of service and your contractual obligations.
- —No liability for agent damages. Aurysia Labs accepts no liability for damages caused by AI agents — including but not limited to data exfiltration, financial loss, unauthorized actions, regulatory violations, or third-party harm — whether or not Warden was deployed at the time of the incident.
